How To Remove Scar After Having Operation On Ankle?

i had an op last year on my ankle...i broke it and had to hve plates and screws on both sides.on the inside of my ankle,,were there isnt much skin i have really bad scaring..on there wound ...it luks like a little red cherry...growin out the scae...i have been to the docs...4 times...
