How To Remove Scar Caused By Stitch?

I am, 16+ year old boy , my hand got fractured in and accident 3 years ago. The doctor operated and inserted a stain less pate in my hand now I don't want to remove the plate. if i remove the plate than again a dark stitch scar will form . So how can i remove my stitch scar . is there any surgery??? Can you help me ??? please
