How To Remove Skin Pigmentation On Face, Forehead And Lip?

Hello, i am male 22 yearsold. I have dark circles around my eyes and i have hyper pigmentation on my face, fore head, on my upper lip. I consult a doctor, he suggest me melaglow cream and sternon lotion. Both are to be mixed and applied on face at night time. I used it for few months and got bright skin tone. It removed pigmentation and dark circles on my face. From a month i am not using the cream. Now i am becoming more darker than past. Pigmentation again returned on my face. What to do please suggest me..
