How To Remove Spots From Back And Shoulder Skin?

hi sir, i have some sort of spots appearing on my skin especially on my shoulders and back side...doctor suggested me ketoconazole cream and KZ soap and ITRA 100(some tablets for one week).. he told me it will disapppear within a month..bt when i used these it get decreased...its been more than a month...its not being disappearing completely...is there any problem with this in a medical examination for indian railways? also do i need to take any more medicine to make it disappear? pls aid me sir...
