How To Remove Stitch Marks Left After The Nose Surgery?

i got a surgery in my nose which i have got stitches on my nose and now it became too annoyed i just don't like it i want to remove that stitching's mark and how can i remove that mark and is that possible to remove by the home made product if yes than how?
