How To Remove Teenage Acne?

What can i do to remove teenage acne?
Actually, i refuse to classify my pimples as regular teenage acne as I also have danxruff that aggravates the problem and my zits are not always red and painful. I get red and painful zits when I eat eggs so i have cut back on my diet and now dont eat anything with eggs or milk in it. My face at its clearest has many tiny bumps. I cant remember the last time i had clear skin. I always have these tiny bumps all over my face and my family refuses to take me to a dermatologist because they say that the doctors prescribe you steroids. They dont take my acne problem seriously as they dont see inflammation all the time. Not saying i dont get red zits. Is there any over the counter products or skincare regime ii can use to get rid of these bumps. The bumps are all over my face and when i give them enough time, i can pluck out a kind of solid round thingy clogging them. No pus. Please reccomend me something.
