How To Remove The Big Blocked Pore On The Lip Near The Nose?

I have a big blocked pore on my lip near my nose that is getting bigger and bigger. The hole isn't closing at all. I squeeze only when it becomes full of dirt to prevent more damage. Is there a procedure I can have to remove it? I'm becoming more and more conscious of it and it's a big worry. :(
