How To Remove Upper Lip Hairs?

Hello! I seem to be having a skin problem. I'm an italian girl and have some upperlip hairs. So to reduce it my mom bought this cream that is supposed to take it away... however, when i put it on it began to sting enormously. so i took it off to find that my skin puffed up. I had an allergic reation and now my skin is black, red, and bumpy on my upperlip. My friends make fun of me. Please Help!!!!! p.s. i also have VERY sensitive skin
