How To Remove Zits From Upper Arm And Legs?

my 3 and a half year old has zits on her upper arms and occasionally on her legs i thought it was eczema but they come to heads like a zit. since i thought it was eczema i cut her baths down too every 2 to 3 days but didnt matter i only use baby soap and lotions on her. what is it and will she out grow it?
