How To Resolve Relationship Issues Between Married Couples?

My husband is 89 and although we have had a good marriage for 50 plus years, he suddenly suspects me of being unfaithful. I am about 13 years younger and in his eyes am still attractive. Is this a normal symptom of old age? It is driving me crazy because I am totally faithful.
