I am 49 YEARS OLD and been on methadone for about 8 years start i want off off this crap so bad. please help im on 120 now if i come off 5 mg a week will i be back to where i was before taking it .which was nothing .i m a addict so i have the tools to stay away please help an any diet that would help to do it my self .
