How To Shorten The Length Of Foreskin?

My foreskin is rather long and when my penis normal it looks anit weird, this makes me feel imbarest of it as it over hangs about 1.5 cm. Is there anyway i can make ot shorter so it dont hang over as much? I am 19 and weigh about 8.5 stone if that helps.
