How To Speed Up Damaged Dopamine Receptors Recovery Process?

Hi, I think I have damaged (reduced number of) dopamine receptors, due to use of finasteride. I have symptoms like social anxiety, reduced libido, food cravings etc. Also i feel better after fasting for day or two. That is the only thing i could find that is supposed to help me with this condition. Can you tell me is there any medication that would speed up this process of dopamine receptors- recovery? I'm desperate, i would very appreciate your answer.
