How To Start Menstrual Bleeding?

I am 15 years old and have still not started my period. I do not know anyone else who is 15 and has not started theirs yet. Is there anything I can do or take to start my period? and is this normal? I have a large amount of pubic hair and have been getting discharge since age 13.
