How To Start The Ovulation Process?

Hi I have been on the depo injection for the pat 4 years (with a slight break in between during which i miscarried) My last injection was april last year and have been trying ever since to conceive.I have had normal periods since october last year but i am not ovulating.Is there anythin i can do to enable my body to return to normal and start the ovulation process?
