How To Stop Nipple Discharge Post Child Birth?

Hi,

I am married for 3 years with baby boy of around 26 months. even though i have breastfeeded him just for initial 5-6 months as i am working. I did not took any medicine to stop the milk production. It eventally decreased and goes away.
But now if i seqeeze the nipples from breast, little amount of milk type liquid comes out.
Do i need to worry and see a doctor
