How To Stop Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding?

i am 23 years old.. and my period was delayed rather than on time.. and it has been 15 days i have been bleeding non stop.. before that i did pregnancy test... and it was positive. can you recommend me any tablet which shell decrease bleeding rate.. ? is this miscarriage or what?
