How To Stop Vaginal Spotting While Having PCOS?

i have pcos. i started my first dose of clomid after taking progesterone to initiate bleeding on day 3 of bleeding.(cd 3-7).on day 8 i started spotting. i'm scared this is the third day what can i do to stop it.then when would i ovulate.can i have sex with the spotting.
