How To Take Duphaston And Clomid For Conception?

Hello.. I have pcos.. but i want to conceive.. please tell me how I can take duphaston ..since im already having glucophage metformin 500mg ..but my period isn t regular..its been almost three months since I got my last period.. please suggest me hiw to take duphaston so that I get my period if im not pregnant.. plus.. after I get my period.. I will also take Clomid on the second day of my period.. can u suggest me how to take those two medicines
