How To Take Synthroid?

Hi. I just started taking synthroid 44mcg daily. Do I need to take it with a full glass of water and does it need to be taken at the same time every day. Do I have to eat an hour after the med. I usually I usually will eat 2-3 hrs after I take it. Can I eat yogurt at that time?
