How To Terminate Early Pregnancy?

I was due my Periods on 3rd of this month but still its not came I had my Pregnency urine test which showed positive but not clearly once its show negative and the other time teh 2nd line is slightly visible what should i do I m not prepared for pregnency at presently plz help
