How To Terminate Pregnancy While On Lovenox?

I am taking 100 mg a day of lovenox. I am 5 weeks pregnant and have decided to terminate. I am due for my abortion tomorrow. My ob could offer me no advice on what to do with the lovenox.. should I stop it? Will I be ok? I am not in good health and cannot support a high risk pregnancy. Please help.
