How To Terminate Pregnancy?

Hi,

My wife is 6 weeks pregnant. We took home test. We haven't consulted a doctor yet.
We were forced to abort our 1st child due to abnormal pregnancy. She is consuming ecospirin 75, Orovit and folivite tablet..
Can we continue with these tablets?
I will be able to take her to hospital only by Feb 15, 2015..
