How To Terminate Pregnancy?

Im having prolems in life and ive got three boys and a girl that passed. Im currently pregnate again and want to get rid of it at home. I saw midwife today and i dont think i can do this with this much drama in life. How can i get rid of it making it look like a misscarraige??
