How To Test And Diagnose Sheehans Syndrome?

What should I do if I have Sheehan s syndrome? I am taking quite a bit of armour thyroid and also estrogen and testosterone, but no other hormones. My TSH is nonexistant, which is unusual even among women with diagnosed Sheehans. In theory, what should I be taking for my adrenal function and are there any other medications or hormones I should consider? I have very low blood pressure and take adderall for altertness as I am gluten intolerant and can t take provigil.
