How To Test For Lupus?

What test can be taken to confirm if you have Lupus. I went to a Lupus Doctor she took blood work and it confirmed I have Lupus. I got a new family doctor he took blood and said I do not have it. My face has a lot of red on both cheeks and across my nose. I have spoken to my kidney doctor and another Doctor and they say there are several other test that can be done. I went blind in my right eye 2 years ago. Had Cataracts removed from both eyes and Lazer surgery on my right eye. It helped for a short time now both eyes are bad. I went back to that eye doctor said I had perfect vision I asked him how when I can barely see. I went to Ohio State Hospital and found I have a large Macular hole in my right I and nothing can help. I have a problem of memory loss. Is any of these symptoms related to Lupus. I have also had a problem of falling with no warning.
