How To Test Pregnancy?

I ve taken multiple urine test that keep saying negative but I can feel my baby moving, even laying down being completely steal I can feel soft kicks. I had a ultrasound yesterday and there was no sac but I thought I seen my baby in the mist of all the grey.! Is it possible.?
