How To Track Blockages Post Renal Angioplasty?

Blood pressure 159/106 pulse 107. This has become very much the normal for me. Taking 50mg metropolol AM, 100mg PM. Renal angioplasty in November....80% blockage and 70% blockage. All of this was lower after angioplasty but has gradually increased. Could there be blockage again? Due for followup end of this month. Woman 64 years old, 128 lbs,
