How To Track Ovulation With Irregular Periods?

Hello,My periods were always regular on the same day every month, then i had iud put in and had no period for a while. Since i took it out my period started earlier and earlier every month until 5 months ago it became regular 24 of every month. Last month it started earlier again on 18. how do i figure how many days is my cycle now and when do i ovulate
