How To Treat Braxton Hicks Contractions During Pregnancy?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been having these intense Braxton Hicks contractions for two weeks, but today they were very intense even with a walk it didn't do anything. Instead, they come every time I get up. I have been working a lot this pass week and feel a little stress, so can these contractions be caused by fatigue and stress?
