How To Treat Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma?

I have been recently diagnosed with cutaneous t cell lymphoma.on phototherapy for it.I m a female in mid 30's and planning to have a second baby.I m not sure whether it is a sensible idea to get pregnant again with my diagnosis especially as there is no cure for it.Also wanted to know from your experience whether you have come across anyone who got pregnant after this diagnosis.And what is the overall outcome of this conditiion.
