How To Treat PCOD Problem?

Hi doctor, I am PCOd patient and i have taken treatement, and dr has prescribed to me taken norgest 5mg for 5days to have my periods. so as mentioned i have taken them accordingly and it has not happend yet? now it is almost 2days passed stopped the med. Please advice how it will happend? thank you.......
