How To Treat PCOS And Irregular Periods?

hi.. i am married an TTC from past 2 yrs. i have PCO and irregular periods which comes after 6 months or later. last month my doctor had prescribed fertyl 100mg from d2 to d6 and asked me to followup on 14th day. to rupture the eggs she had given me an injection dont have the name. then she asked me to take duphaston from d22 till d26. but i got my periods exactly after 28 days. now i am trying the same thing this month. what do u think it can work?
