How To Treat TB In Uterus?

Hi i m vandana 30yrs old i got marriage before 10 yrs bt still i m nt conceiving my Dr told me that i have a tb in my uterus i take the medicine for 9 mnts bt still my endometrium is only 3.2mm at 13 days of my periods ...i want to know that is this a major problem nd will i will nt conceiving in future
