How To Treat UTI Inspite Of Taking Cipro?

I was diagnosed with a UTI and given Cipro for 7 days. I finished with the Cipro this past Tuesday. I have a lot of pain again in my whole back that intensifies and then lightens up. It feels like my whole back is going out. I have no burning in the urine. Could I still have an UTI and need another dose of Antibodies?Thank you.
