How To Treat A 0.9cm Fibroadenoma In Both Breast As Noticed In Ultrasound?

Hi I just had a breast ultrasound and it shows i have a 0.9 cm fibroadenoma in both breast and I am considering getting breast implants and my primary docter tells me just to follow up in six months for another breast ultrasound and that it should be safe getting the breast implants should i get them or not?
