How To Treat A Black Head Formation On Breast?

Looks like I have a small boob under my left breast. It was a small black head about 4 months ago that we removed. A month or so later it started growing. It is painful and very hard around it. It seems to be getting bigger and bigger. I am 5 5 and weigh 194. What should I do? Thank you,
