How To Treat A Bleeding Pimple On My Butlocks?

I have something that started as a pimple then it popped on its own since its located in my buttocks area. Now it won't stop bleeding.whenever I go to the bathroom I notice it hasn't stopped and sometimes theres pus too I don't want to go to the doctor since its in a really embarrassing area...besides its no swollen or anything no pain it just won't heal.
