How To Treat A Bleeding Scab At The Tip Of The Nose?

I noticed a little red scab I guess on the tip of my nose after showering this evening, I flicked it off and it just kept bleeding, it would stop if I applied pressure with a band aid but not without like usually. It was like it was a pore bleeding. Is this something concerning?
