How To Treat A Blister In Hand Caused Due To A Burn?

I burned my hand a week ago by spilling hot wax onto it. Where it was burnt It blistered and the skin of one of the larger blisters came off after a shower and has now turned green. Only the middle and its not infected as it's not pussing and I've changed the dressing every day as per doctors orders. What's wrong?
