How To Treat A Blood Blister On The Belly Button After Piercing?

Hello! I got my belly button pierced about 2 and a half months ago. I ve been following the daily sea salt soak and allowing it to breathe after by wearing loose clothing. There s no puss or discharge, but I have noticed a little bubble , I guess, that protrudes from the inner piercing that bleeds a little. Oddly, with no significant pain. Is this an abscess and how can I treat it?
