How To Treat A Bump Inside Eye Lid And Headache?

I have a bump on the inside of my eye lid that comes and goes at will. I thought it was a wild hair until after I had pulled all my lashes out and it was still sore back in Aug 2008 when this all began. Now it appears quite often causing my head to ache off and on( one min to not the next) It appears in the same place each time, right eye. I do have others to come like clear bubble ones but never under the eyelid. They are just noticeable, never bother me. Please help
