How To Treat A Bump On Head Caused After A Head Injury?

A year ago I was in a car accident..my head hit the windshield and my brain bled..I was in a coma..they didn't remove the blood from my brain. I just found s soft squishy bump on the top back of my head..it hurts when I push down on it. What can this be?
