How To Treat A Burn On Leg Leading To Pain?

I got my leg burnt by bike tube two days ago. The affected area is about 3inch in length. The area appears mostly as red and a small part is white. It does not pain normally when I am in bed, but when I apply pressure in my leg it pains. Help me with this.
