How To Treat A Burnt Dry Skin Patch On My Face?

Hi, on my face upper cheek below the eye, theirs a small round patch of dry skin, and it feels like burning. I had this before but had it gone away by washing my face with soap. But ive felt it burnt. This first happened from using Clearasil and accidently washing my face with cold water instead of hot by accident. Please help how can I get this burning sensation and dry patch off my face. Thanks doctor.
