How To Treat A Circular Bodge And Bruise On Wrist And Arm Caused Due To A Injury?

Hello, exactly one week ago my my wrist was slammed into a car door. There is a round circular bolge where it was hit. Along with what looks like bruising or blood on my buckles all the way to the middle of my arm. It doesn t hurt except for the bolge. Should I go get it looked at?
