How To Treat A Cyst On The Penis Which Is 2cm Long?

i belive that i have a cyst on my penis. it i 2cm long and hard but feels like liquid inside. i have read to try salactol to try to get rid of it but i was wondering if this was safe to use on such a gentle area as it is for warts, or if you have any other suggestions ?
