How To Treat A Dent On Head Causing Pain And Dizziness Due To An Injury?

I hit my head really hard on the toilet and I don t really know how but my head hurts really bad, I m very dizzy, im noxious, I have a dent in my head, I am very off balanced, and every once in awhile I have to look around the room for a little bit because I get really confused. What should I do?
