How To Treat A Dent On Leg Caused Due To Injury?

I was kicked in the lower shin, just above my ankle four days ago. I remember falling from the pain and looking down to see a visible dent in my leg where I was kicked. After two days it bruised up and if you run your hand along it, you can feel the dent that seems is in my bone. What should I do?
