How To Treat A Diffuse Blockage Of Heart Despite Taking Plavix And Aspirin?

My dr says diffused blockage low to normal range. No other info given.Don' t know what area of the heart. Did not stent or balloon. Dr. will consult with other Drs. Will let us know in next 2 weeks what might be done. Thinks medicine might be only treatment. Already on Plavix and 81 mg aspirin. Had angiogram on heart yesterday. No new meds yet. What could be done? What questions should I ask?
